House Reef and Snorkelling

Reethi Beach Snorkelling - Turtle

Reethi Beach has a fantastic house reef which is easily accessible.

The best place to snorkel is the Western side of the island. Here you will find beautiful coral reef and plenty of marine life including tropical fish, rays, friendly reef sharks, star fish and maybe even a turtle or two. Avoid the East side of the island near the jetties and boat traffic.

In addition to snorkelling around the house reef you'll also have the opportunity to join snorkelling excursions to wildlife hotspots, including Hanifaru Bay.

The dive centre is your go-to resource for any questions about snorkelling such as equipment hire, tide times, currents, snorkelling safety, excursions, and general advice. Reethi Beach also uses standard beach warning flags to indicate swimming conditions so its worth familiarizing yourself with these.
